Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Aircraft Parts Sales & Procurement Executive to support sourcing, quoting, and client relationship management within the business aviation sector. This role requires strong industry awareness, responsiveness, and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure certified aircraft components from approved vendors
• Prepare competitive quotations for global operators and MROs
• Manage RFQs and client enquiries efficiently
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch
• Maintain supplier and customer relationships
• Ensure documentation compliance (FAA Form 1, EASA Form 1, Tag 8130)

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in aviation parts trading or MRO support
• Strong understanding of aircraft component documentation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM systems
