Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive AOG & Operations Coordinator to manage urgent aircraft-on-ground requests and ensure seamless parts dispatch and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle urgent AOG enquiries with rapid response
• Coordinate with suppliers for immediate availability
• Arrange priority global shipments
• Maintain real-time communication with operators and MRO teams
• Ensure compliance documentation is accurate and complete
• Track shipments and provide status updates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain is a plus).
• Experience in road freight operations or logistics preferred.
• Strong understanding of transport regulations and freight management.
• Proficiency in logistics software and GPS tracking tools.

Requirement

• Experience in aviation operations or logistics
• Strong understanding of time-critical shipping processes
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work rotational on-call hours
